Privacy

pogodex stores as little as it can get away with. Browsing the catalogue and copying a search string need no account and record nothing.

What is stored

Signing in with Google or Discord passes your email address to Supabase, which handles authentication and holds your account record. Against that account pogodex stores the collections you create: their names, the categories you picked, and which Pokémon you have marked as caught. Nothing else is collected.

How it is used

Only to run the app: to sign you in and to show you your own collections. Your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising. A collection is private until you make it public, and a public one is readable by anyone holding its link.

Cookies and local storage

One session cookie, managed by Supabase, keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary and is not used for tracking. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves the device. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Deleting your data

Delete your account at any time from the Settings page. That permanently removes your account and every collection attached to it. Deleting a single collection removes it and its caught marks immediately. Neither is recoverable.
